Description
The new phase I “First Outing” has been introduced during the 2019 Teachers class in Atlanta. We named this design wishing the new stitcher to embark on the journey of Japanese embroidery with completely new self just as the metamorphosis from caterpillar to butterfly.
General symbolism of butterfly are as follows;
Powerful transformation, metamorphosis in your life, personality
Moving through different life cycles
Renewal or rebirth
Lightness of being playfulness
Elevation from earthly matters, tuning into emotional or spiritual
The world of the soul, the psyche
A secondary meaning of the butterfly is about finding joy in life and lightness of being.
